Overall good experience. Customer service was friendly and kept me informed of the status. The repairs were done well and fairly priced, and they made some mechanical recommendations without placing any unnecessary pressure to move forward. I will use this shop again.

Darryl was very helpful and went above and beyond in dealing with our insurance company. They supplied a loaner which was very convenient. Definitely will recommend!

Love how they keep you informed of what’s going on as they check the car! Then they call and explain, and advise on what needs to be done! Everyone is so friendly from front staff to the back! Very, very happy here!!

I was not happy with the service I received,$118 for 3 lug nuts when I can buy 20 of them between $20-$30 $400 for 2 tires when I could got all 4 for around $350 the same tires that u put on my vehicle .please do not contact me ,as I will not do business with u again,The only thing I will say was good at least I got a loaner for no cost, but what u charged me ,that’s the least u could of done.

The heritage group made my first ever auto body accident less difficult and worrisome than I ever thought possible. From the phone calls and customer service we received, they were all 100% overly friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Thank you all SOO much! I will be raving about you folks for years to come!!
